We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery if the product arrived damaged, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our support team at connect@xero-lifestyle.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Items bought during promotional sales or final clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
